About me

A speech pathologist who is also a teacher.

Most speech pathologists know the therapy. Most teachers know the classroom. I've spent more than thirty years doing both, so I understand not only how language develops, but how it shows up in the spelling test, the reading group and the homework at the kitchen table.

It means the work is never abstract. We gently focus on what's genuinely getting in your child's way, at school and at home, and I show you how to help between our sessions.

What to expect

Reaching out is the hardest part.

1

We have a chat

No pressure, no jargon. You tell me what's worrying you, and I'll be honest about whether I'm the right fit.

2

We take a proper look

A gentle assessment to understand what's happening, and where the real gaps are.

3

We make a plan, together

A clear way forward in plain language, with practical things to do at home.

What parents say

A few warm words from a parent will sit here, in their own voice and with their permission, once we add your testimonials.
